One integrated marketing system

Vodafone is the world’s leading mobile telecommunications company, with a significant presence in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the United States. In Australia, Vodafone is operated by Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA), a 50:50 joint venture between Vodafone Group Plc and Hutchison 3G Australia. As at 30 June 2011, there are 7.2 million VHA customers and approximately 4000 staff members in Australia.

Following the merger between Vodafone and Hutchinson 3G, VHA had two different operating systems and two different back end systems. Faced with a much broader business with more stores, more mass channels, more campaigns and 5,000 retail points of presence, VHA needed a nimble and efficient system for managing internal and external communications and campaigns, from brief through to execution.
