Scheduled Maintenance
As part of Orbis’ commitment to providing your organisation the highest quality service, Orbis performs scheduled maintenance on it's systems.   Scheduled Maintenance includes a Standard Release with New and improved functionality that goes to all client sites or may be customised to suit a particular client's business needs.

Help Desk
The dedicated Orbis support team is skilled in dealing with our vast global client base and their varying processes. Our support team adheres to strict SLA guidelines as well as internal guidelines, to ensure every client who calls the help desk receives personalised service and prompt turn around.

System Administration
An Orbis Administrator will assist in the administration of Orbis Marketing including: 
 

• Registration of new users following an agreed qualification process
• Ongoing management of user groups and permissions
• Ongoing management of folder access and permissions
• Creation and maintenance of workflow templates 
• Configuration of system settings and fields

ProductBank Production Services
Working with a vast client base with different requirements, our support team assists with production jobs for the Orbis ProductBank line of software, as well as assisting clients directly by distributing images to local and global company websites. One of the great assets of Orbis Marketing is it's flexibility to be able to integrate with Orbis ProductBank. Orbis clients have the ability to use the Marketing Knowledge Centre to send images to Orbis for production and upload to the ProductBank website. We also offer FTP sites to perform the same task for bulk media asset uploads. These two options offer huge cost and time reductions in getting promotional material out to commercial studio's as well as minimizing administration needs.
