Champions Group
A solution Champions Group would be established with key users across the business units / regions of the client to meet with the Account Manager/Consultant and other specialist Orbis personnel.  The aim of the Champions Group is to discuss and action granular change management and business processes reviews, enhancements or ideas, user issues and best practices.

Health Check
Orbis facilitate this succinct project which is designed to review and analyse the utilisation of the Orbis Marketing solution and assess the value being realized on a periodic basis.

System Configuration Services
Orbis provides a review on the current system configuration, provides recommendations for updates in line with business process changes/new functionality and provides Change Management around the configuration changes.

Training Packages
Orbis will assess your organisation’s training requirements and make recommendations on the right training packages and tools to suit your organisation’s unique requirements, business process and resources.

Custom Reporting/Data Analysis Service
Orbis reporting services include Performance Reporting of the organisation’s Orbis Marketing solution, configuration of System Reports including Calendar views/Dashboards and custom Reporting based on your organisation’s unique requirements.

Data Cleansing

Business Process Mapping
