Neil has extensive executive management experience in the global IS industry. He is a former senior global executive of Computer Sciences Corporation; President - Europe and Asia Pacific with Continuum and CEO of Paxus Corporation. Neil has significant board experience in public software companies, and has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and strategic business transformations.


Grant Halloran

CEO & Co-founder

Grant is a co-founder and CEO of Orbis. Grant has positioned Orbis to be a leading global provider of Marketing management technologies and is recognised as a thought leader in the market. In 2000, Grant was recognised by the Sydney Morning Herald as one of the top 30 rising stars in the technology sector. Prior to founding Orbis, Grant's background was in marketing, product development and IT systems development in the banking & finance sector. Grant holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University.


Brett Halloran

Brett Halloran
Managing Director, EMEA & Co-founder

Brett is responsible for the EMEA region from the United Kingdom office. As a co-founder Brett has been instrumental in development of sales, products and service offerings in the company across all markets. Brett previously managed the Client Solutions Operation in Asia Pacific for 9 years. Brett was recognised as one of the top 30 rising stars in the technology sector as chosen by the Sydney Morning Herald's emag. Prior to co-founding Orbis, Brett's background was in sales and marketing in various industries. He holds a Bachelor of Communications majoring in Advertising & Marketing from the University of Canberra.


Alan Macdonald

Alan Macdonald
Non-Executive Director

Alan has been a non-executive director of Orbis since 1999. A former partner of law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Alan consults to a number of international corporations and provides important legal and corporate governance guidance to Orbis.


Graeme Wilson

Graeme Wilson
Non-Executive Director

Graeme is a former executive of substantial software organisations such as iSoft, CSC and Continuum. Graeme is a qualified accountant, with significant international finance and operational experience. Presently the Managing Director of Healthnet Investments, a boutique investment group, Graeme plays an important role on the Orbis board, in particular bringing strong experience in financial governance and growth strategy.


Adam Bayly

Adam Bayly
Chief Financial Officer

Adam has over 14 years of financial experience working in the IT industry. Prior to joining Orbis Adam was the Asia Pacific Finance Director for Altiris. Adam has experience across Europe and APAC, and has also worked for other technology leaders including Symantec, OMX and Unisys. Adam holds a bachelor of Accountancy from the University of South Australia and is a member of the Charted Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).


Liam Royes

Liam Royes
Director – Product and Solutions

Liam Royes has over 15 years experience in the communications and IT industries, 11 years of which is in Marketing software (MRM). Liam is also a pioneering employee of Orbis, and has played a significant role in their growth since 1996.
Liam has implemented many Orbis Marketing™ solutions, with flagship clients such as American Express, Sony, Shell and Cadbury. In his role as Director – Product and Solutions, Liam's extensive experience in MRM software helps him to deliver high quality solutions for Orbis clients, and to set a disciplined and focused strategic direction for Orbis Marketing™.
Liam holds a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is a member of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI).


Jane McCarthy

Jane McCarthy
Director - Operations

Jane has over 14 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Relationship Management roles with leading enterprise-level software providers. Joining Orbis in 2006, her expertise in working closely with clients has facilitated strong alignment between market requirements and our products and services, ensuring each of our customers realise the full value of their investment. Prior to joining Orbis, Jane led the sales and marketing effort for an Australian contract management software developer. She has also worked in both Australia and the United States servicing global accounts across a wide range of industry verticals..


Darren-Stephenson

Darren Stephenson
Director – People and Culture

Darren has over 10 years experience in senior HR leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. His work has focused on the development of people strategies and initiatives that support organisational leaders achieve results. Professionally Darren is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and is also an Associate member of the University of Sydney Coaching and Mentoring Association. He holds a Grad Dip in Human Resource Management.
