Orbis Announces ISO9001:2000 Certification

Orbis, a leading global provider of Marketing software (MRM), today announced it has achieved ISO9001:2000 certification of its Quality Management System through BSI Benchmark Certification.

This is a timely certification, designed to support the increasing complexity of Orbis' operations throughout its global expansion. The certification provides client's with the highest levels of assurance about the quality of Orbis' processes, standards, systems and personnel. "Already we have received very positive feedback from major clients who have audited our quality system and this ISO certification gives them increased comfort that we not only have a culture of continuous improvement but this is actually systemised in our business" Mr Halloran added.
